Counterweight
Overview
The XTIRPA Counterweight davit system deploys the universal force of gravity to ensure a dependable anchor point for confined space access or over-edge situations.
It works by using weights to counteract the forces at the opposite end of the system. Weights are placed on a chassis to create a temporary, stable anchor point without the need for permanent installation. This system is particularly useful in over-edge situations or when traditional anchors are not possible.
The XTIRPA Counterweight davit system is popular because it’s easy to transport and set up, making it ideal for temporary worksites. It ensures safety in many environments whilst complying with stringent safety standards.
Two weighted carts are available – wheeled or static. The wheeled cart makes it faster to move the system to different access points in the same area. Both carts can be easily positioned by forklift. This system has a maximum working load of 164 kg.

XTIRPA 76 mm HITCH MOUNT WITH 610 mm STABILISER
Hitch mount with 610 mm wide stabiliser. Use with mast IN-2003 and davit arm IN-2210. Comes with adjustable screw pads for simple levelling of system.

Hitch mount with 1,524 mm wide stabiliser. Use with mast IN-2003 and davit arm IN-2210. Recommended for use with a rescue stretcher. Comes with adjustable screw pads for levelling of the system.

XTIRPA T-BASE EXTENSION, 1,829 mm WITH 63,5 mm RECEIVER
This 1,829 mm extension connects to universal T-base IN-2305 using T-base reducer A2305-25. Permits T-base to connect to vehicle hitch. Measures 63.5 mm in diameter. Use reducer A2305-20 to fit 51 mm vehicle hitch mount.
